He was really great at explaining potential issues and gave me a quote without even having to come out to the house first! He sent a technician out later that day who was extremely knowledgable, helped me understand the issue and how I could mitigate the problem myself moving forward. The issue turned out to be a clogged pipe that was preventing the condensation to drip out properly, so the technician took everything apart, showed me how to preventatively clean it each year, then cleaned up the area really well before heading out! The owner then followed up to see if I was having any further issues the next day (all good!) and was extremely courteous! I would recommend them to anyone in the Charlotte or surrounding area!
